Job Description
· Conducting overall Background Checks of candidates profiles received from Clients
· Conducting Employment verification, reference checks , Digital Address verification, ID , Cibil check.
· Maintaining Trackers (Excel sheets) of checks which need to be conducted i.e. employment check, ID checks etc.
· Working on internal software and data entry.
· Keeping track of due dates & TAT.
· Co-ordinating with vendors for reports
· Initiating checks on software of with vendors / respective SPOC
· interacting with Clients for their cases.
· Maintaining reports
· Coordinating with the HR team for any assistance.
· Initiate address verification of the candidates as per the process.
· Preparing the address verification report.
· Payment followups with clients
· Following up with Clients for new cases – Inside sales.
