Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets. Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records
2. Documentation: Prepare, organize, and file documents efficiently. Assist in creating and updating process documentation
3. Communication: Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow
4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings
5. Research: Conduct research on specific topics as assigned. Summarize findings and present information clearly
6. Quality Assurance: Perform checks on data accuracy and completeness. Support in identifying and resolving discrepancies
