Job Description Back Office Management Executive
· Closely coordinate with the field managers, to get the ordering details from various stockists, Hospitals & direct medicine counters for medicines.
· Provides clear, understandable instructions to staff within the organization & maintain a proper product Inventory Management:
· Manage the inventory at the store.
· Send timely requisitions to the management about the stock.
· Receive the goods from various manufactures, match with the invoicing
· Generate invoicing & Repacks drugs for the prompt distribution and dispensing.
· Ensuring no shrinkages and wastage of goods Management of the store:
· Compiles with standard operating procedures for storage, recording, requisitions, and dispensation of drugs.
· Manage all the activities related to invoicing, Stock & billing
· Manage all the activities related to invoicing, packing, labelling, loading & unloading of goods through transport
· Maintains housekeeping and general cleanliness of the Office/Warehouse.
Skills and Specifications
· Knowledge of Computer with proficiency in Word, Excel, & Accounting software(Marg will add an advantage)
· Knowledge of office and management techniques.
· Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.
· Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
· Should be sincere, sincere, and trustworthy.
Education and Qualifications
· Graduate with basic office skills.
· Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.
