Back Office Operation Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in making rental reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about rental options, including vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to reservations.
- Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as the supply team, to ensure the availability of vehicles for reservation.
- Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details before rental pickup.
- Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations.
- Collaborate with the follow-up team to continuously improve the reservation process and enhance customer satisfaction
NOTE: Male candidates only, Should be okay with night shift.
