Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, maintain operational documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and support smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents such as LR, DMR, bills, and other paperwork.
• Maintain daily operational records and reports.
• Track and maintain operational expenses.
• Follow up with stakeholders for pending operational requirements.
• Monitor work processes and support improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Prepare basic MIS and operational reports as required.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
