Job Summary

The Back Office Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team by managing quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and documentation. The role ensures smooth execution of sales orders from inquiry to dispatch while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations as per sales requirements

• Process sales orders in ERP system

• Coordinate with store, purchase, and accounts departments

• Track order status and ensure timely dispatch

• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and documentation

• Follow up with customers for approvals and payments

• Support tender and project documentation work

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

• Basic ERP knowledge (preferred)

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Good communication and follow-up ability

• Attention to detail and process discipline
