Fritz Techsol Pvt Ltd Hiring for Back office staff for banking needs like drafting applications, letters and other basic computer works like maintain daily office staff, attendance, daily expenses

Responsibilities:

Gathering and processing research data, and performing market research

Assisting and coordinating with the sales team

Assisting the middle and front office as required

Processing company receipts, invoices, and expenses

Creating financial reports and statements as needed

Assisting and supporting management as required.

Managing customer accounts and updating client records.

Handling internal and external communication and correspondence.

Processing customer transactions and resolving discrepancies.
