Position Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Supervisor to oversee and manage daily administrative and support activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, accuracy in data management, coordination with teams, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Back Office Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage daily back-office tasks, including data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve workflow.
2. Team Supervision & Coordination:
- Lead and guide back-office staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance team skills.
3. Data & Record Management:
- Maintain and monitor databases, reports, and confidential documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and reports.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, finance, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact between the front office, management, and back-office staff.
- Handle client inquiries, emails, and reports as needed.
