Ø Provide all office administration duties such as written correspondence, Mail, photocopying
Ø Digital Calendar Management
Ø Scheduling Meetings & appointments and blocking calendars.
Ø Maintaining personal data of the management
Ø Alert Business Head about cancellation or new meetings. Drafting Letters, Emails, SMSs
Ø Updating data sheets.
Ø Managing his schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative.
Ø File Management / Data base management
Ø Handle all day-to-day office activities.
Ø Prepare reports by collecting information.
Ø Handle request & queries appropriately.
Ø Act as a point of contact between the management & internal-external Point of Contact.
Ø Business Development & Market Research.
Ø Lead generation using LinkedIn.
