Backend Developer

Qualification: Graduate
Roles and Responsibility :
- 3 to 6 years of development and delivery experience with building and maintaining Node.js and/or Java at scale.
- Experience working with, or an interest in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP)
- Good knowledge of OO, familiarity with Javascript idioms, including strong design patterns is important.
- Knowledge of software standard methodologies, like Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) is preferable
- Good communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment is preferable.
- Experience building an event driven architecture using kafka or message broker like RabbitMQ or Google pub/sub will be a plus.
- Experience with frameworks like spring boot, spring webflux is preferable.
- Experience working on native cloud applications especially GCP (google cloud platform) is preferable.
- Good understanding of garbage collection and performance tuning techniques is preferable.
