Job Description
Overview:
- Backend Development/IT Maintenance Experience held from a previous office position is required.
- B. Tech/M. Tech DEGREE Holders Only.
- Skills include Development Languages, Database and cache, Server, API (REST & SOAP), etc.
- The backend web developer should understand the goals of the website and come up with effective solutions
Key Responsibilities:
· Producing efficient codes
- Writing program codes for reference and reporting.
- Being a part of technical designing.
- Talking through requirements with clients.
- Testing software and fixing problems.
- Maintaining systems once they're up and running.
- Ability to use more than one development language
- Critical thinking
- Document application process for future maintenance and upgrades
· To be a Good Team Player and Co-ordinate with Senior Management. To have a Goal
· Oriented Nature to be able to Achieve Project Deadlines.
Note:
· Performance based Increments are offered on completion of Probation Period.
· On-time Project Completion Incentives are also provided to all Permanent Employees.
· Employees need to Undergo Mandatory Probation period of 3 Months to be Permanently Enrolled.
· Submission of Valid PVC is Mandatory at the Time of Joining.
