About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to building a scalable, secure, and high-performing job portal platform.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices for job listings, user management, and application tracking.

Implement secure authentication and authorization systems for candidates, recruiters, and admins.

Optimize database performance for large-scale job postings, resumes, and employer data

Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, job feeds, and communication tools
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer (preferably in job portals, marketplaces, or similar platforms).

Strong proficiency in Node.js / Python / Java / PHP (choose stack as per your company’s tech stack).

Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
