Backend Developer - Odoo/Javascript Job in United We Care at Gurgaon

Job Description

As a developer, you will lead and participate in development projects for our product, and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations and infrastructure.

• Core Python development (in-depth knowledge of PIP and Conda packages)
• Develop web services API on Odoo platform and work closely with ReactJs team for API implementation
• Odoo template development QWeb development
• Customize and integrate Odoo with other applications
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to the applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customisation).
• Be part of the entire web application development life cycle, right from concept stage to design, development, delivery and post-launch support.
• Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Interface with internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  

Required Skills

Key Skills : Python, Odoo, API, QWeb, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, JQuery

• Need to have knowledge of API's in ODOO i.e. System Integrations and Reporting and templates (Qweb)
• Should have Technical and Functional knowledge of ODOO standard modules
• Must Have Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts and its related libraries
• Experience in QWeb Reports, UI forms, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Unix / Linux is great to have
• Proven track record working experience with the development of Odoo
• Ability to Work on fixed timelines and ensure good programming practices
• Minimum 3-5-year experience of Odoo customization and implementation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with positive interactions with other team members
• Good technical documentation skills.
