Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing Server-Side Logic: Design and implement the core business logic of the application that runs on the server
2. API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs to expose backend functionality to client applications. Define API endpoints, request/response payloads, and authentication mechanisms
3. Database Management: Design database schemas that efficiently represent application data and relationships on the Postgres Database. Write database queries, stored procedures, and triggers to perform data manipulation and retrieval operations.
4. Integration with External Services: Integrate the backend with third-party services, such as payment gateways, email delivery services, or social media platforms. Implement APIs or SDKs provided by external services to facilitate communication and data exchange
5. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team. Document server-side logic, API endpoints, and database schemas comprehensively to aid understanding, maintenance, and future development
