Job Description

Currently we are looking for Two Backend executive for our Personal Loan & Business Loan segment.

Receive and review loan applications submitted by sales teams or clients.
Verify completeness of application forms and supporting documents for personal loans and business loans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lender requirements, and RBI guidelines.

Perform detailed checks on KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof, business registrations, etc.).
Coordinate with verification agencies or credit departments for background checks and validations.
Update and track the status of each loan file in internal systems or CRM platforms.

Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to follow up on application status, approvals, or discrepancies.
Communicate with internal sales teams for any missing information or clarifications.
Assist customers via email or phone regarding documentation queries or status updates (no cold calling required).

Accurately enter customer and loan details into internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM platforms.
Maintain digital and physical records of loan files in an organized manner.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to application progress and disbursement status.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and company-specific compliance standards in all documentation.
Identify and report any discrepancies or fraudulent documents immediately.
Keep track of changing lending norms or document requirements across different lenders.
