Job Summary:
We are looking for a Backend Sales Executive (Female) to handle sales coordination, customer follow-ups, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Order Processing
- Assist the sales team with order management and coordination.
- Process sales invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
2. Customer Follow-Ups & Relationship Management
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance tracking.
- Keep records of sales transactions, leads, and feedback.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed.
