Responsibilities

* Most of your work will be done Remotely with HQ in Singapore.

* Responsible for Backend architecture, design, development, and deployment of cloud-based features.

* Continue to maintain, improve and extend our existing applications, websites and APIs

* Build, build and build

Selection Criteria

* 3-5 years of experience in software development in a structured software engineering team

* Deep knowledge in a backend language, preferably Python (Django/Flask) or Javascript (Node)

* Experienced in Open Source technology and third party API integration (Facebook API, Google API, Stripe, etc)

* Experienced in at least 1 Cloud-based Deployment solutions, preferably AWS or Heroku

* Experienced in scaling micro services using Containers

* Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast paced work environment.

* Ability to guide and resolve emergencies such as rollbacks, system failures, security attacks in a calm and organized manner
