Backend Support
No. of Positions: 1
Role: The Developer backend has to create server-side application logics, web services and manage the integration of the user-facing elements.
Responsibilties:
- Able to develop functional web applications, patch issues
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance
- Understand customers’ requirement (should be skilled at requirement analysis)
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Providing day to day support to clients
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
- Follow emerging technologies
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: BE/B.tech/BCA required.
- Experience: 2 - 4 yrs.
- Proven work experience as a back-end developer
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, PHP and Python
- Hands on experience with:
- Play,AKKA
- Springboot
- Kafka
- Yarn/Samza
- ElasticSearch
- Database ( Cassandra, Postgres and Neo4j)
Location of position(s): Based out of the NIUA office in New Delhi; with travel as required.
Remuneration:
- At par with the industry standards, depending on experience and skills. Proof of past remuneration (last received salary/monthly contract payment) would be required.
- Remuneration will be structured as follows: 70% fixed; 30% variable (conditional on achieving KPIs); additional performance bonus possible.
