Job Description
Hands-on development experience in Java in Cloud
Ø Experienced in Spring framework and related patterns in MVC and Boot.
Ø Experience in different type of integrations (e.g. MQ, Native etc.)
Ø Experienced in WebServices (ReST/MicroServices) development.
Ø Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Ø Experience in Unit testing
Ø Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Ø Good to have knowledge in Event Driven Architecture.
Ø Good knowledge in container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Openshift.
Ø Good to have knowledge in CI tools like Jenkins.
Ø Good to have worked with Git, Gitlab/ Github.
Ø Preferably hands on experience in DevOps patterns and practices.
Ø Preferably good understanding of application servers and containers (Docker containers etc.)
Ø Good knowledge of Design patterns and experience in implementations of those.
Ø Experience in Agile framework
Ø Interpret business requirements and create IT system architectures and designs to support effective and efficient development of IT solutions
Ø Challenge business requirements where they would lead to overly complex solutions and propose suitable alternatives to achieve the desired outcome
Ø Take responsibility for identifying and implementing opportunities to automate IT development and testing tasks to improve efficiency and quality of development
Ø To provide updates to Development Managers when required in relation to the position of work being undertaken
Ø Encourage and participate in the growth of team members development to build the overall levels of competency across IT in line with the professional development framework.
