RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Enterprise Backup and Storage activities including management, provisioning, and troubleshooting
- Review, improve, and execute disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures.
- Provide weekly status reporting and customize of backup and storage reports
- Administer and manage Global CommVault backup in hybrid Cloud environments
- Administer and manage Global Enterprise Storage Systems
- Perform server level backup and restore tasks
- Troubleshoot backup issues in accordance with audit and compliance standards
- Maintain hardware and software upgrades and replacements
- Establish and maintain documentation of the current technology state and effectively propose enhancements
- Maintain standards and procedures that meet operational, regulatory, and company policies.
- Ensure consistent backup system availability and capabilities
- Experience in Design and implement solutions for data backup, and enterprise storage
- Experiences in CommVault or similar enterprise backup environment
- Experiences with backup, disaster recovery, and archiving to the Cloud
- Experiences supporting SAN and NAS infrastructure
- Good knowledge and understanding of Backup and Recovery Best Practices
- Flexible personality that can foster positive and collaborative relations w/customers and peers in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
