Job Description

JD : Banca sales Executive

- Doing sales through the assigned bank branches with in your location

- Generating the leads through the walk-in customers of the bank and generating the revenue from the leads

- Field sales job

- Targets will be given to achieve

Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain the reputation of the bank

Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified bank products to the bank’s customer base

Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business

Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities

Act as a liason between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims

Submit required reports on time

Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business

Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.

Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

Computer savvy
