3. Educational Qualification:
a. 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Cooperation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/ Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/
b. Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture from University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE and 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in any of the below-mentioned specializations:
i. MBA - Rural Management
ii. Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management
iii. MBA - Agri-Business Management
iv. MBA - Agri-Business & Rural Development
v. Post Graduate Diploma in Management: Food Processing and Business Management
vi. Post Graduate Diploma in Management: Agricultural Export & Business Management
vi. Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness and plantation management program
vii. Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management
viii. Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Business Management (PGDM-ABM)
4. Minimum Experience: Minimum 03 Years of experience in marketing and generating leads in Agriculture and Allied Industries business in the BFSI Sector
5. CTC offered: Remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate, subject to a maximum as under:
Metro Cities: Rs. 18 lakhs p.a
Non-Metro Cities: Rs. 15 lakhs p.a
6. The above limits are inclusive of Fixed and Variable pay and the selected candidates shall be eligible for increments on yearly basis, as per the policy of the Bank revised from time to time.
7. Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance reviews. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
