Job Description

Bank of Baroda, One of India’s Largest Bank is looking for Retired Bank CGMs to engage as Advisors in International Banking and Stressed Assets Management on contract/short term assignment basis

1. Position: Advisor- International Banking

2. Vacancy: 01

3. Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2021): Graduate in any stream (Recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE)

4. Work Experience (as on 01.08.2021): Minimum 7 Years’ experience in Overseas Operations/ International Banking.

 

1. Position: Advisor- Stressed Assets Management

2. Vacancy: 01

3. Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2021): Graduate in any stream (Recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE)

4. Work Experience (as on 01.08.2021): Minimum 7 Years’ experience in Stressed Assets Management/ Corporate Credit in Domestic/ International operations.

5. Position Held at the time of Retirement: Chief General Manager in TEG/S-VIII (Only Superannuated or due for retirement on 31.07.2021 i.e. retired on or before 31.07.2021)

6. Organisation Type: Large PSBs with sizable Domestic and International presence

7. Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement for a period of 06 months, extendable as per Bank’s requirement, if any.

8. Location of Posting: The location of posting shall be Mumbai. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the Bank/ any subsidiary of the Bank, if deemed necessary.

9. Remuneration:

a) The pay compensation on CTC basis and shall not exceed last pay & allowances drawn, without considering impact of pension.

b) The compensation so arrived at will be fixed and DA fluctuations during the period of engagement will not be taken into account.

c) Conveyance facilities and other perquisites such as reimbursement of telephone / mobile expenses (without handset), newspaper, entertainment expenses etc. as applicable to the grade at the time of retirement.

Age (as on 01.08.2021) Min- 60 years and Max- 61 years
