Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Actively promote and sell a wide range of banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and lead generation.

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate banking solutions.

Handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Maximize revenue generation by cross-selling and upselling bank products to both new and existing customers.

Encourage the use of digital banking platforms and value-added services.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to management on product enhancements, customer needs, and service improvements.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all customer onboarding and account opening procedures comply with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML).

Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to ethical sales practices.

Reporting and Communication:

Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.

Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team briefings.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with branch staff, loan officers, and back-office support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
