- Processing Transactions: Handling cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.

- Promoting Bank Products: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services, such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
- Maintaining Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of all transactions and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Adhering to Security Protocols: Following established security procedures and protocols to prevent fraud and protect customer information.
- Balancing Cash Drawer: Ensuring the accuracy of cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
- Troubleshooting: Assisting customers with troubleshooting account issues and online banking inquiries.
