Desired Candidate Profile
- #Candidate has to undergo with training program specialization in Banking and Finance
- Help you learn the concepts of general banking including deposits and different types of loans.
- Enable you to classify the different types of microfinance models
- Enable you to identify the advantages/disadvantages of each Microfinance model.
- Make you aware about various types of Risk and the roles of different internal functions in mitigating these risks
- Enable you to evaluate microfinance trends and types of borrowers to ensure in scaling up the business
- Must have good communication skills

- Age group 18 years and above
- Graduation in any Stream
- Candidate should have good understanding on English
- Willing to do job after successful completion of training
- Job is provided in BFSI job roles as Clerks, Data entry Operators, Clerk-cum-Cashiers, Agricultural Clerks, Bank Tellers, Micrifinance Executive, Probationary Officers, Loan Officers,Relationship Managers, Customer Service Officers, Business Correspondent, Financial Inclusion Officer, Rural Bank Officer
