Job Summary:
The Banking Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring smooth branch operations. The role involves interacting with customers, processing transactions, resolving queries, and supporting sales targets. The Banking Executive serves as the frontline representative of the bank, providing excellent customer service while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Greet and assist customers with their banking needs.

Open and manage savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts.

Guide customers on various banking products including loans, credit cards, and investment options.

Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.

2. Transaction Processing and Operations:

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque clearances.

Verify documents and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) norms.

Manage account maintenance activities such as account updates, nominee changes, and statement requests.

Support branch operations including cash management and reconciliation.
3. Sales and Business Development:

Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales targets.

4. Compliance and Documentation:
