Key Responsibilities

Meet assigned sales and revenue targets for the branch.

Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions.

Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and financial literacy programs to attract new customers.

Financial Advisory & Support

Guide customers in choosing financial products based on their goals and requirements.

Assist in preparing loan applications, documentation, and approvals.

Educate clients about digital banking platforms, internet banking, and mobile banking applications.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and product sales.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and RBI guidelines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
