Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Card Sales & Promotion

Promote and sell the bank’s credit card products to individual and corporate customers.

Approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and in-branch promotions.

Explain the features, benefits, and offers of various credit card products clearly and persuasively.

Ensure customers are aware of eligibility criteria, documentation, and charges.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Generate leads through multiple channels, including corporate tie-ups, database calls, and walk-in inquiries.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Follow up on prospective leads to convert them into successful sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and customer outreach programs.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Educate customers about credit card usage, billing cycles, rewards, and offers.
4. Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Track personal performance and report daily sales numbers to the Sales Manager.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve conversion strategies.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews regularly.
5. Compliance & Documentation
-
Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer KYC documents.

Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive customer information.

Adhere to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Submit timely reports and maintain proper sales records for audit purposes.
