Job Description
- Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events
- Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO)
- Assist the Manager to coordinate the activities related to conferences/events, Liaise with other departments to ensure preparations are executed according to requirements.
- Read and analyze banquet event order (BEO) / Banquet Function Plan (FP) in order to gather guests' requirements.
Key Skills
Good Communication skill, Market research, Business Development, Banquet Sales.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Preferred experience from Restaurant/Hotel Management.
