Barista
Job Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. They maintain cleanliness and uphold the brand’s quality standards while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare Beverages:

Brew coffee and espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.) to standard recipes.

Prepare cold beverage.

Maintain Cleanliness:
-
Keep the work area, machines, and counters clean and sanitized.
-

Stock & Inventory:
-
Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.
-
Restock shelves, cups, lids, and other items during and after shifts.

Team Collaboration:
-
Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth café operations.

Follow shift duties and help where needed.

Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines:
-
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

Follow all store and company policies and procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
-
Prior barista or customer service experience is an advantage.
-
Ability to operate coffee machines and POS systems.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-
Stand for extended periods.
-
Lift up to 25 KG.
-
Perform repetitive tasks (grinding, tamping, steaming).
-
Latte art or espresso machine knowledge.

Passion for coffee and hospitality.
