Introduction
We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused, and energetic Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Ensure all drinks are of high quality, consistency, and presentation.

Maintain knowledge of new cocktail trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques.

Serve beverages responsibly, following legal requirements and company policies.
2. Customer Interaction & Service

Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently and courteously.

Provide recommendations on beverages and menu pairings based on customer preferences.

Handle special requests and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
3. Bar Maintenance & Hygiene

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.

Clean glassware, utensils, and equipment after use.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
4. Cash Handling & Billing
-
Accurately process customer payments, tabs, and bills.

Handle cash, card transactions, and tips according to company guidelines.

Maintain records of daily sales and transactions for management review.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
-
Track and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.

Assist in ordering stock and maintaining par levels to ensure uninterrupted service.

Rotate stock efficiently to minimize wastage and ensure product freshness.

Conduct regular inventory audits in coordination with the bar manager.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with bar staff, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in team meetings to discuss bar promotions, events, and service improvements.

Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures, safety, and customer service protocols.
