Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank invites applications for the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Qualification: ▪ Any Graduate with Masters in Maths / Statistics / Economics will be preferred.
▪ Candidates with professional qualifications such as MBA in Finance from a tier
institute / CA / CFA will be preferred.
▪ Candidate with professional certification in Financial Risk Management or Professional Risk Management Certification will be preferred.
▪ He / She should be upto 50 years of age with 20 years of relevant work experience out of which a minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role in Corporate Credit and Risk Management.
▪ Post-qualification experience in Banks / PSU / Corporate High-Value Credit / NBFC will be preferred.
▪ He / She will head the Bank’s risk function and shall oversee the entire process of Risk Management in the Bank.
▪ He / She will be responsible for accurate and timely presentation and reporting to the Management.
▪ He / She will be responsible for developing and executing plans to mitigate risks.
▪ He / She will be responsible for monitoring the progress of risk mitigation activities.
▪ He / She will be responsible for creating and disseminating risk measurements and reports to stakeholders.
▪ He / She should be capable of communicating with key stakeholders regarding the risk profile of the business.
