Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Serves customers by helping them select the products.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Responds to customers ‘questions.
Should be able to travel in and around Bangalore.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Keeps client informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and interest and get references.
