Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to
promote products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
effectively to generate interest.
Convert leads into sales through strong
persuasion and communication skills.
Maintain and update customer databases with
accurate information.
Follow up with warm leads and handle customer
queries professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales
targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover
and closures.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
through quality interactions.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM
tools).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a
