Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Person (Field Sales / Business Development Executive) to handle direct buyer meetings at buyer offices in Tiruppur. This role focuses on building relationships with brands, exporters, buying houses, and sourcing offices, understanding their requirements, presenting our manufacturing capabilities, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit buyer offices, brands, exporters, and sourcing companies in Bengaluru on a daily basis
- Present company profile, product range, capabilities, and samples to buyers
- Understand buyer requirements related to styles, fabrics, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collect enquiries, tech packs, and sampling requests from buyers
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, production, and costing teams for sample development and quotations
- Follow up with buyers for sample approvals, pricing confirmations, and order finalization
- Maintain daily visit reports, buyer interaction logs, and lead tracking records
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with buyers
- Track orders from enquiry stage to order confirmation and execution support
- Share market feedback, buyer expectations, and competitor insights with management
Requirements:
- Experience in garment sales / field sales / merchandising / sourcing preferred
- Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Willingness to travel locally for buyer visits
- Ability to maintain records using Excel/CRM/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
