Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious BDE – IT Sales (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team. As a BDE, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, pitch IT solutions or services to prospective clients, and close deals that contribute to the company’s growth.
You will work closely with the marketing, technical, and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions including software products, web/app development, managed IT services, cloud solutions, or enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through online research, social media, networking events, or lead databases.

Qualify leads based on their business needs, IT environment, and decision-making potential.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
2. Sales Outreach:

Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to introduce company services or products.

Schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers such as IT managers, CIOs, and business owners.

Deliver persuasive product presentations and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management:

Understand customer pain points, project requirements, and budget constraints.

Act as the primary point of contact for prospects during the sales process.

Build long-term relationships by offering value-added services and consistent follow-up.
4. Proposal and Negotiation:

Work with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with clients.

Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the project delivery team.
5. Market Research and Strategy:

Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

Identify new service areas or verticals to expand sales opportunities.
6. Reporting and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and deals in the CRM.

Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle time, and revenue growth.
