BDE/PR - Female Candidate for Pharma Company  

We are looking for an ambitious & energetic “Female” Business Development Officer to help us expand our business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective public relations strategy. The person should be able to device new strategies, Pharmaceutical & Biotech Market Study, Build relationships with customers, industry associations, industry bodies, and dealers towards brand building for the company. 

The goal is to drive sustainable marketing growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. 

Job Description: 

• Developing growth strategies and plans 

• Creating the Client data base area wise 

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing & new clients 

• Increasing client base 

• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition 

• Writing business proposals & Proficiency in MS Office and other required tools 

• Negotiating with stakeholders 

• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs 

• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams 

• Following industry trends locally and internationally 

• Drafting and reviewing contracts 

• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements 

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 

• Language Known: Good Communication in English & Hindi (must) 
• Experiences: 1+ years 
• Travel: 35% 
• Education: Bachelor's, Master’s (Preferred)
