Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
-
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, directories, and professional networks.

Use tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to generate and manage leads.

Cold calling and reaching out to potential customers to initiate business conversations.
-
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound efforts and follow-up activities.
2. Requirement Gathering and Qualification:
-
Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client requirements, pain points, and business challenges.

Qualify leads based on fit, budget, timeline, and interest level.

Maintain a thorough understanding of products/services to align them with client needs.
3. Presentation and Proposal Support:
-
Prepare customized product/service presentations, demos, brochures, and pre-sales documentation for client meetings.

Collaborate with technical and product teams to prepare proposals, RFPs, and responses to client queries.

Help draft solution documents and business value propositions.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
-
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience during the pre-sales phase.

Ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Executives or Account Managers.

Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and events as needed to generate inbound interest.
5. CRM and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, meetings, and communication in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, activities, and pipeline metrics.

Monitor lead progress and suggest improvements to the pre-sales approach based on results.
6. Market and Competitor Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the company’s domain.

Analyze market feedback and suggest changes to product positioning and pre-sales materials accordingly.
