Key Responsibilities

Facial and Skin Treatments

Perform various facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extraction, mask application, and moisturizing based on skin type.

Analyze clients’ skin and recommend appropriate skincare routines or treatments.

Provide specialized treatments such as anti-aging facials, acne treatments, or brightening masks, depending on the client’s needs.

Hair Removal Services
-
Perform waxing, threading, or sugaring on different body parts (face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, etc.).

Use proper hygiene and technique to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Advise clients on post-hair-removal skincare and precautions.

Manicure and Pedicure
-
Offer basic and advanced manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polish application.

Apply gel or acrylic nails, nail art, or treatments for nail health.

Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools and stations.

Makeup Application
-
Provide makeup services for daily wear, parties, weddings, or special events.

Select makeup products suitable for the client’s skin tone, skin type, and occasion.

Stay updated with current makeup trends and techniques (e.g., contouring, HD makeup, airbrush).

Client Consultation and Product Advice

Consult with clients to understand their needs and suggest treatments or services accordingly.

Recommend beauty products or skincare regimes suitable for the client’s concerns.

Build a loyal client base by maintaining strong relationships and follow-ups.

Sanitation and Hygiene
-
Clean and sterilize tools, equipment, and workstations regularly.

Follow health and safety standards as per salon or state regulations.

Dispose of waste properly and maintain a neat and organized environment.

Salon Support and Inventory

Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness, ambience, and welcoming environment.

Monitor stock levels and report when beauty products or consumables need to be reordered.

Upsell beauty products and packages to enhance client experience and revenue.

Training and Professional Development

Attend training sessions or workshops to learn new techniques and trends.

Stay updated on advancements in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness services.
