Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Beauty Services:

Provide facial treatments including cleansing, scrubbing, steaming, extraction, massage, and masks.

Perform threading and waxing services (face, hands, legs, underarms, etc.).

Apply basic makeup for casual and special occasions (e.g., party, bridal, or festive looks).

Perform manicure and pedicure treatments including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polishing.

Offer basic hair care services like hair wash, blow-drying, oil massage, ironing, and hair styling.

Suggest appropriate beauty treatments based on skin or hair type.
2. Client Consultation & Recommendations:

Greet clients warmly and make them comfortable.

Understand client needs through personal consultation.

Recommend suitable services, treatments, or products based on their skin or hair condition.

Explain post-treatment care instructions when needed.
3. Product and Equipment Use:
-
Use professional-grade beauty products for treatments.
-
Sanitize tools like tweezers, brushes, scissors, and combs after each use.

Handle beauty equipment like facial steamers, waxing machines, hairdryers, or flat irons with care.

Maintain proper stock of creams, lotions, wax, and beauty tools.
4. Salon Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Keep workstations clean and sanitized before and after every client.

Follow hygiene standards strictly, especially for facials, waxing, and tools.

Dispose of single-use items (cotton pads, spatulas, wax strips) properly.

Assist with cleaning the salon and managing laundry (towels, aprons, etc.).
5. Customer Service and Sales Support:

Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.

Handle client complaints or dissatisfaction professionally and escalate to senior staff if needed.

Promote beauty products or packages available at the salon (if applicable).

Maintain a client register or appointment book (digital or manual) and follow schedules.
