Job Description

Need a beautician as a staff with some basic salon skills

Should be on time

Should not take extra leaves

Phones should be used only when necessary

Should be well mannered with clients

Basic beauty skills required like threading ,waxing, pedicure, manicure ,eyebrows ,facial, threading.

Provide a full range of beauty treatments, including:
- Facials: Cleansing, exfoliating, masks, massage, and skin treatments.
- Hair Removal: Waxing, threading, tweezing, or other hair removal techniques.
- Makeup Application: Day, evening, bridal, and special occasion makeup.
- Hairstyling: Blow-drying, straightening, curling, braiding, or basic cuts (if licensed).
- Nail Care: Manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and basic nail art.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, skincare techniques, and product lines to offer clients modern and relevant services.

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Conduct consultations to assess skin types, beauty concerns, and desired outcomes.
Provide personalized recommendations for services and products.
Answer client questions and offer professional advice for aftercare and home beauty routines.
Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.

Promote salon products and upsell relevant treatments based on client needs.
Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
Demonstrate and explain the benefits of beauty products and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain sales goals as set by the Salon Manager.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized work area at all times.
Sterilize tools and equipment according to hygiene standards and local health regulations.
Ensure all products used are within expiration dates and stored properly.
Follow all salon safety protocols, especially in relation to handling skin-sensitive treatments or chemical products.

Maintain accurate records of client services, preferences, and special needs.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing walk-in clients when needed.
Follow up with clients for feedback and appointment reminders.
Keep inventory of beauty supplies and notify the manager when restocking is needed.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth salon operations and exceptional customer service.
Support colleagues during busy hours or when assistance is needed.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to improve skills and learn new techniques.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the salon if required.
