Key Responsibilities:
1. Beauty Treatments and Services:

Facial Treatments: Perform facials using appropriate skincare products, machines, and techniques based on skin types and customer preferences.

Hair Removal: Provide waxing, threading, and other hair removal services, ensuring client comfort and safety.

Nail Care: Conduct manicures and pedicures, including nail art, treatments for damaged nails, and regular upkeep.

Makeup Application: Apply makeup for clients, including for daily wear, special occasions, or events such as weddings or photoshoots.

Hair Styling and Treatments: (If applicable) Provide haircuts, hair coloring, hair treatments (like keratin or deep conditioning), and hairstyling services.

Massage and Spa Services: Provide relaxing or therapeutic massages, body treatments, or spa services if the role includes these services.
2. Client Consultation and Advice:

Assess clients' needs by conducting consultations to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any skin conditions or allergies.

Recommend appropriate beauty treatments, products, and aftercare routines tailored to each client.

Answer client inquiries regarding different services, products, and procedures, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed.

Ensure that clients are aware of any potential side effects or contraindications of beauty treatments.

Maintain records of client treatments and preferences for future visits.
3. Client Care and Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure that clients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit, offering them a high standard of customer service.

Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized services and addressing their beauty needs consistently.
4. Maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness:

Follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.

Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after every use, including beauty chairs, treatment areas, and common spaces.

Ensure that all products and equipment are stored correctly and are hygienic for future use.

Dispose of waste products appropriately, including used wax strips, cotton pads, and other disposable items.
5. Product Knowledge and Upselling:

Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, treatments, and product innovations in the beauty industry.

Provide clients with advice on skincare and haircare products based on their individual needs.

Promote and sell products or services to clients when appropriate, ensuring products are available for clients to purchase after their treatments.

Keep records of stock levels and inform management when products are running low or need to be reordered.
6. Administrative Duties and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of client appointments, treatments provided, and product sales.

Ensure smooth communication between clients, other staff members, and management regarding bookings, special requests, or client preferences.

Follow the salon's booking and payment systems, ensuring clients’ treatments are scheduled and processed efficiently.
