Job Responsibilities of Beauty Consultant :
1. Attending customer and creating "Customer Delight" each time.
2. Contribute to the store KPIs including sales.
3. Good operations experience- Handling stocks, Inventory and Cash.
4. Follow the company SOP, brand and store guidelines.
5. Abreast of current market trends and competition.
6. Should adhere to company standard.
7. LISTEN to the Customer Needs, Complaints & Suggestions
8. Be the "Brand Ambassador" - both in and out of the store
What to Expect :
1. Work on weekends & all festivals.
2. Rotating Shifts.
3. Stand- All day Long
Compensation & Benefits : 216000 LPA ( Subject TDS Deductions) + Incentives
