Job Description
General Description:
The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering beauty treatments to guests, clients and members; promoting sales of goods and attracting repeat business.
Duties:
Duties:
- perform all aspects of beauty treatments
- meet and greet all clients, visitors and members
- perform reception duties - answering phone, booking appointments, assisting leisure staff behind the reception in available times
- taking payments when available
- re-booking clients when available
- keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
- promote and make sales of products
- deal with complaints and hand over to Senior Beauty Therapist or Spa Manager if necessary
- submit weekly time sheets to Senior Beauty Therapist for authorisation
- ensure the safety and well being of all beauty clients at all times
- provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
- You may be required to train as a company first aider and administer first aid to employees and clients if necessary
