Beauty Therapist Job in TDs 525 Family Salon at Dombivali, Mumbai

General Description: The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering beauty treatments to guests, clients and members; promoting sales of goods and attracting repeat business.
Duties:

• perform all aspects of beauty treatments
• meet and greet all clients, visitors and members
• perform reception duties - answering phone, booking appointments, assisting leisure staff behind the reception in available times
• taking payments when available
• re-booking clients when available
• keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
• promote and make sales of products
• deal with complaints and hand over to Senior Beauty Therapist or Spa Manager if necessary
• submit weekly time sheets to Senior Beauty Therapist for authorisation
• ensure the safety and well being of all beauty clients at all times
• provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
• You may be required to train as a company first aider and administer first aid to employees and clients if necessary
