Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, grooming, and wellness, and will be skilled in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments tailored to clients’ needs. You will be responsible for performing facials, waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, and makeup applications, while also advising clients on aftercare and product use.
As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' confidence and well-being through professional treatments and exceptional service. You’ll be expected to maintain hygiene standards, stay updated with beauty trends, and contribute to a calm and welcoming environment.
- Perform at-home laser facials, laser hair reduction, and slimming sessions on clients, ensuring safety, comfort, and maximum effectiveness.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every client.
- Assess the client’s skin and discuss treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Follow the provided treatment protocols and best practices for each service.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at the client’s location.
- Report and track daily appointments, treatments performed, and client feedback.
- Attend training sessions provided by Avataar Skin Care to stay updated on new procedures and technologies.
