Designation - Food Analyst

Essential Qualification & Experience
- Qualified Food Analyst by FSSAI as per 2.1.4. (1) Of Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Notified Food Analyst in Government Organization/ Laboratory/Research Institute
Key Responsibilities:-
- Monitoring the laboratory analytical activities of the PPP partner.
- Analysis of food samples.
- Handling of High End Equipment’s
- Verification of results of Food Analysis as per FSSRs, 2011.
- Verification of prepackaged food samples label as per FSSRs, 2020
- Sample handling and acknowledgement in FICS and INFOLNET portals.
- Willing to stay nearby (Within 5 KM) and work in flexible office hours even on holidays.
- Any other work provided by the Director/Head of the Institution
Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 56100/- + 46% DA

Note
- Selection will be made as per the prescribed norms and requirement of the job.
- Preference will be given to local candidates and who are already working in the same/similar department.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/ document verification / personal interaction / joining the duty on selection etc.
