Job Description
BEML is looking for bright & young professionals as Junior Executives on Fixed Tenure Basis on Contract (with 0-2 years’ experience). He/ She must demonstrate drive for problem solving, excellence & time-bound execution. The incumbent must have the passion for constant learning and applications
Total No. Of post: 62 post
Domain And Qualification:
- Technical (Production/R&D/ Materials Management/ Plant Maintenance/Metro Testing & Commissioning): Degree in Engineering (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Mechanical / Production/ Automobile Engineers/Electrical & Electronics Engineers/Electronic & Communications Engineers/Civil Engineering
- Technical -Industrial Safety: Degree in Engineering (with aggregate 60% Marks) with Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Digital Transformati on (IT Functions): First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Engineering Graduate/First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Masters in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Finance: Inter CA/Inter CMA
- Human Resource: Graduate with First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs.,full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University /Institution.
Min Post Qualification Experience Required : 0-2 Years
Upper Age Limit: 27 Years
Consolidated monthly Remuneration:
- 1st Year: Rs.28,000
- 2nd Year: Rs.31,000
- 3rd Year: Rs.34,000
