Job Description

The Bench Sales Recruiter - Fresher position is an entry-level role within, focused on the recruitment and placement of IT professionals on bench assignments. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in candidate sourcing, client management, and sales. You will work closely with the Bench Sales team to identify potential candidates, match them with suitable job opportunities, and facilitate the placement process.

Shift timing: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am.

Marketing Bench Consultants (H1/OPT/CPT/ F1/L1, GC, and USC).

Candidate should have good communication skills.

Experience: 0 - 1 Years.

Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.

No cab facility

Sal: Best in industry

MUST have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
